    Is it true that the hospitals in the Columbus area are phasing out LPNs? If so, why do you think that is? I would think that having LPNs work with the RNs would help alleviate the nursing shortage....

    thought i would update. i met with an extemely unhelpful advisor at columbus state. i found out that they are accepting apps this august for the spring of 2007 class and accepting more apps maybe...

    Thanks for the info! That is going to suck if that is the case for the PN program too :) In this case I won't be able to apply until January 2007....that would not be so bad if I could start with the...
