   Yeah, mine just says " No" under the submitted column for Step 3. I think this just means that they haven't notified us of our status

   If you go to the RN application login, click "my forms", then "forms awaiting other signatures", then click on "actions", and "manage co-signers", you can see who has signed off on your application so...
