    I don't think it is because of cuts from what I read in previous groups a lot of the reps are not responsive, so they are not getting payments due to the rep not taking care of invoices like they are...

    Wow! that's crazy so you can make finalist and still not get it. Did your portal go to green once you submitted your coi and they processed everything? I just don't get their process it's just weird...
