   My friend got into Buttes program her 6th time of applying. She said it's most common for it to take about that many times but she did also know people to get in their first time

   No, because when I got the email saying I made it into the lottery it explicitly said to not call or email about lottery results until after April

   yeah, it's just a welcome to butte college email but I got one in January when I just applied to the school and it seems to be a strange time to just randomly get another
