    No point in losing out hope this early, It only makes sense that they would fill the first set of spots with the highest academic achievers. UofT likes to reward that sort of thing (rightfully so)....

    I don't think their applicant pool is particularly higher this year vs. previous years, bedside nurse attrition has been consistent over the past 3 years. I know a close friend was offered "early"...
