    I requested for CAV from my school then my relative brought it to CHED and that takes a while. And then we made an appointment to DFA for apostile. Got the papers back sealed, got an envelope from DFA...

    Are you licensed in another state? I do not have Philippine RN license or any other RN license. This is my first time applying to get RN licensed. I'm in the process of apostile from DFA Philippines....
