    On the form, numbers 8-10 were dates/times to choose from to rank on your preference. I think after everyone completes the form, they will send confirmations. Hope this

    Best of luck to all! Also, after filling out the TEAS Exam sign-up, did you receive any confirmation you submitted? Just curious (I did not), because I know Google forms sends confirmation sometimes....
