Hello! You don't need prior background in the OR to apply. For the experienced RN application, that requirement pertains to having at least 2 years of experience as an RN in a different specialty.

Not yet! :c However, I initiated an application for a random job and saw my resume was already uploaded under the required documents section. I sent an email hoping to verify they have access to it.
