Yes, you'll get an email saying you withdrew. You will have to call Pearsonvue and pay $50 to change the state. Then you follow the directions of whatever state you're applying in.

Ri is a compact state. Look up which states are compact. You can work in all those states without having to change your state license. For MA, yes, you'd have to wait it out until the 5 yrs are
