    I just asked my references to submit it for me , it should say on the paper the best way and that's what I would do. Email is probably best bet

    I wouldn't start doubting yet ! I'm sure they will post by end of day maybe 5 .. unless it is by mail. Maybe they are waiting because we're all so competitive it was harder to narrow down
