    Oh it is 24 now. Has been since last year maybe? I know the seniors now are 16 but I think the ones below them is 24 now. They said 250 applicants for 24 spots on the Q&A part. Hopefully it works...

    Very easy going. Each person only asked one question and then they let you ask questions. A lot more personality questions vs clinical. And there was a Q&A session before the interview
