    So was there a form attached to the email other than the acceptance letter? The letter made it sound like there is a form to have completed, but I only had the letter and no form.

    For reference- My last name is M, and I got my email on yesterday around 1:30p I got an 85 on HESI I have all pre and co requisites all As and 1 B (calculus) Hope this helps
