    Never mind I just found it. When you click on the application checklist, it says that the form must accompany our application packet. I don’t think they have updated it because 1 we aren’t turning...

    I’m applying to both too. I have AA, Medical assistant cert, work experience, 4.0 pre req GPA, 89% on TEAS, bilingual in Spanish, military spouse and a couple other things on the life experiences...
