    CSULA ABSN Summer 2021

I opted out of transcript entry and then moved on to GPA. I did enter GPAs. Had no issues submitting!

    CSULB Nursing Fall 2021

Not me, I was just thinking about posting today in here haha.

No problem! If you can edit your post so my name is off the photo. Not that I mind if you all know my name LOL, but I think the post will get removed.

    CSULA ABSN Summer 2021

I Googled Cal State apply, and chose the term Summer 2021. Hopefully this link works: https://calstate2021.liaisoncas.com/applicant-ux/#/login I already have a Cal State apply account, so it looked different when I logged in. Cal State Apply keeps terms(edit: years) separate so I couldn't see other schools I applied to(Fall 2021 vs Summer 2021are different year cycles) unless I was in a different term login page, if that makes sense. I clicked on the tab "Add" and it looked like this picture. I clicked enter invitation code.

    Congratulations!!

    CSULA ABSN Summer 2021

It looks like from older threads, candidates were still receiving interview invitations during President's Day week, so keep your head up! The director has a ton of mail to go through.

    Nursing school interview

What school is it? Their website should give you the most insight. Plus there might be a thread on here for the school you applied to where you can talk to other candidates. Without any info, no, all applicants do not get interviews, just top ones. Most programs get hundreds of applicants!

    CSULB FALL 2020

Hi! I did consider them when I forst started laying out my options. However there are no public programs near me (that I know of) and I don't wish to relocate. All the programs near me cost a minimum 100k. Plus like you mentioned, I felt that there is no advantage to having it when I graduate, especially I haven't committed to anything long term leadership-wise where I might need it. My ADN is a back-up because I want to start working hands-on ASAP. There are definitely many situations where it makes a lot more sense to do the entry-level masters. And yes, the application process (and I've only done the BSN programs so far) has been surprisingly frustrating!

    CSULB FALL 2020

You're totally right, I think we applicants are invested (of course!) in the minutiae of things because we're so anxious about getting in. And some of it the programs probably aren't overly concerned about. I didn't know that about CSULA, interesting! I have an interview with them for their ABSN program (so nervous). I'm only doing 1 round of applications for BSN programs and doing an ADN as a back up.

    CSULB FALL 2020

Oh wow thank you so much for responding! I remember poring through this thread and seeing your post and wondering. I have the same issue with an English 101 course. Glad to hear I was right about it! I hope you kick *** in school!

    CSULB FALL 2020

That requirement is confusing because it says social sciences, not all classes, expire in 10 years. However, English is definitely not a social science. I feel like they would have listed it if so, since they listed like 10 items. I wonder if the person on here with the old English class was accepted, or at least was invited to the communication exercise!

    CSUN ABSN Fall 2021

I definitely would! I would check with any program you apply to about that

    CSULB Nursing Fall 2021

Yes, those are the only two as far as I know! I was just thrown off because you called them both supplemental apps, and one of them is the main nursing application everyone has fill out, not supplemental (although I guess unless you consider it supplemental to CalStateApply app LOL) That's cool that your current college is going to help you double check your application! I felt it was pretty straightforward, but I don't know if the questions differed depending on whether you were Currently and CSULB student, transfer student, or second bachelor student. Don't forget to send your TEAS score!

    CSULA ABSN Summer 2021

There were 10 slots available over four different days in Feb. Is there typically only 60 interviews? With about 30 admits?

    CSULA ABSN Summer 2021

Same! I don't want to wait another semester to do this again if I don't get in. I want to dive in and get started ASAP, even if it means going the ADN route and bridging to a BSN. Got my invitation to interview! So happy to get it, really helped with my imposter syndrome today.
