   A student there saw that the business permit he is using is not USALINK but a different company... Also if he is indeed a US citizen how can he conduct business in Manila? Then maybe he is a filipino...

   Sad to say Pacific Education center is a HOAX... It has case filed I think in the States... Wherein the company allegedly got money from the students promising it as a stock or share for a company...
