A recruited reached out about 3 positions for the November cohort if I want my resume forwarded directly to the hiring managers. They were for Onco, Onco medical, and GYN Surgery in Seattle. I am out of state, so I don't have enough time to secure a license for WA.

Yes, I added 3. If you have them, include them. My status has been the same for about a week. "Thank you! We have received your application." Something along those lines. Reviewing the previous cohort, seems like it took ~3 weeks to hear back for interviews. So historically, looks like we can expect call backs by November and latest early January depending on unit. I completed the text interview as well. It was sent to me automatically after applying by the recruiter. It's pretty straightforward and they ask for brief responses.
