   Looks like bubbletea got in with 3.6. But there could be 20 students with 3.55 to 3.59 GPAs on the waitlist. I don't see how anyone who was wait-listed for a previous term could be of any help here....

    That's not true, because I have a Bsc. degree but I got rejected for September 2020 because I had a really low GPA (3.0) for the 5 pre-reqs. You still kind of need to have a competitive enough GPA...
