   Perhaps they are filling employment gaps, thus allowing more people to get into the program. The waiting could be a positive thing; or they are just watching our comments on this forum and laughing.

   Last year I think I had an 84%, I was alternate 8 once they took 40 instead of 48 students. I had eventually moved up to alternate 4. So there is hope but it's a small
