What are the options for an experienced labor and delivery nurse (10 yrs) in the US moving to New Zealand? It appears that a US BSN may not be accepted by NZ's midwifery board. There also do not appear to be RN jobs in L&D in NZ. Is there a viable route to continuing one's career; or is a lateral move to a different type of nursing or a new degree needed?
