You have to have a really determined mindset going in. It is very doable but you have to be prepared to study like it is a 9-5 job. For the pharmacology class, and all classes, you need to find a method of studying that works for you. If the prof recommends something and it doesn't work for you then don't do it, you have to do what helps you the most. I recommend learning the medications within their classification to make it easier. Our clinicals have been in the hospital aside from the community clinical where some of us were in schools, hospice, specialty facilities. Our required shoes were all white or black leather.
