  1. The test was multiple choice and you can use a calculator provided by them. They are going through an interview process before any official admissions.

I've been a hospice CNA for 8 years, I think being a CNA before LPN school can give you an advantage so you can be familiar with healthcare settings and it helps you to just be more comfortable being around patients. Taking care of their personal needs; it can be somewhat of a shock at first if your not used to it. Most CNA classes are quick (about 8 weeks) and relatively inexpensive. I'd say its worth it.
  4. I watch a lot of youtube videos to help with anything I'm currently studying. Its been a really big help. Lots of explanations.
  5. Hi Everyone! I am currently registered to take the LPN entrance exam at GLTECH this month. Kind of freaking out. Is anyone else taking it? Has anyone else taken it recently? I have been studying for over a month, but still nervous. Thanks! M
