   Hmmm ok I had went with pain but maybe I need to change it then. We have to do a patho on the priority problem so I really don’t want to choose the wrong one but I can see it both ways. Ugh

   this is the only diagnosis i have so far... Neonatal jaundice related to neonate aged 1 to 7 days and feeding pattern that is not well established as evidenced by yellow-orange skin and serum bilirubin level of 11.4 mg/dL.

   having a hard time coming up with diagnoses for my nb postpartum care plan.... -Pt had a serum bilirubin level of 11.4 mg/dL. -Was put on phototherapy. -Not breastfeeding well: mom has short/flatter nipples, the baby has a poor sucking reflex/not lat...

   what is a higher priority diagnosis..... Pain related to surgical incision site secondary to cesarean section ineffective breastfeeding related to difficulty of neonate to attach and suck secondary to flat nipples and poor infant sucking reflex
