    Maybe the trick it to keep trying the same unit so they see how determined you are ! What kind of questions did they ask you ? I like to ask to keep a library of questions of what I should practice...

    You are so lucky ! Every hospital I have interviewed at ... someone always gets in because they know someone in the unit / on a floor ... just so frustrating

    The only issue with that is it's not considered acute since it's outpatient ... so I'm afraid I won't be considered a "new grad" if I try and apply for a floor position once my year with dialysis is...

    Yes ... I totally agree ! Like tell us when we should even hear about a possible interview at least . LOL I don't even know when the cohort starts .. I know in August .. but August what ?

    I've only seen 2 people even get a message saying to schedule something . I haven't heard anything either
