Since you applied for the regular rounds, it's possible that they haven't start reviewing yet. About 2 weeks after submission, is when I received my confirmation email stating I'm being reviewed in the priority review group.

I would think that it should.

Personally, I would think that it'll be too late. However, call tomorrow for clarity. Did you receive a confirmation email. I did in November, stating that I'll be considered in the priority review.

Maybe they are doing it by majors. I'm applying for Psych NP & applied Oct. 31st. Give it til end of day, then call Monday to inquire.

Mine too says submitted. However, all of my material was in by Oct 20th, I waited til the 31st to make payment. It should be fine.
