Hello. Having an assessor doesn’t mean you’ll get your decision letter sooner. Two days before I got mine, I didn’t have an assessor. Thought this might help.

I didn’t have an assessor on my 34th day but i got my decision letter the very same week

I called them in the afternoon though

You can call them and email them. I emailed them exactly a week ago and didn’t get a reply till today. Yes. This afternoon

My queue date was 25/09/2019

Wow ?. You’ll get it hopefully next week I called them on Tuesday and i was told i had no assessor. I was very surprised to see my decision letter today.
