No believe overall do the best job you can focus on what you can do to be you’re best and that will on there own eventually catch up w them!

I believe encouraging each other building each other up is key in a positive healthy working environment to have healthy successful nurses!

Be confident and don’t let anyone make you feel less than or dull you’re sparkle you are amazing and an angel a gift! Be confident all else will come shine they with you’re confidence! The biggest thing I’m seeing is all nurses need to lift each other up and in school and on the job build each other’s confidence !!!

I believe be confident and know no nurse is perfect all you can do is you’re very best job!

I believe more nurses need to come forward and not be afraid of losing there jobs for telling the truth this is where the bullying will stop!
