I was burned out in my ICU job and took the jump to travel nursing. I'm only in my first assignment but sometimes wonder if I even like working in a hospital environment anymore. I've been working towards the goal of flight nursing but haven't applied because most places require three years of ICU experience. However, I've always wanted to do travel nursing as well.
I'm just trying to decide if I should stay in travel nursing for at least a year even if I don't love it like I used to. I'm young and unattached so now seems to be the time to do it. Then apply to a flight job after that? Or should I just apply to flight now and see where it takes me?
Any advice is helpful! Thanks
