Hi everyone, I have an interview for a gynaecology oncology nurse specialist which includes a presentation. The question is “How would you facilitate the personalised care agenda for the care of women with gynaecological cancers?” I was planning on discussing the recovery package including holistic needs assessments, treatment summaries, supporting people to self manage providing education and support including signposting to relevant services. I was then going to discuss the skills required to fulfil this. I was wondering if there is anything else I should include? Thank you!
