1. Is this Med error/bad ?

   My pt was on a heparin drip and the Dr discontinued the order at 7:20am. I accidentally overlooked the d/c order. I then noticed it at 10:50 and instantly d/c it. I called the doctor, she was fine with it. But my job does audits on heparin drips etc....
