    You can get one for free at the Post Office or Amscot, just make sure you take cash with you. They will print out a check for the $50 and you write in who it is

    I already started on the titers and vaccines since the Hep B is a three shot series. I took CPR in Brandon a couple of weeks ago and didn't have to by the book. Good luck
