Definitely apply again, & it's nice since they hold multiple cohort! I read somewhere else on here that they do see if you applied more than once. Do you know how many applied by chance? I'm sure it was a lot.

Yes, that's the "bucket" LOL. Basically so individual hiring managers can only see our app's instead of everyone else who applied.

I applied for NICU, too & was put in the "NICU bucket.” Hopefully we both get calls, but wow this is stressful!

Yes, I did! I emailed them & basically, it's a "bucket" so that only a specific manager can see those candidates instead of hundreds of others.

Hi! Yes, I applied & heard back on 1/21 about them wanting the 2 LOR's & any certifications/licenses.

No updates for mine either. I checked yesterday & it still said under review. I wanna reach out, but it say's it's not necessary LOL.

Hey, I applied for NICU & my app has said "routed for further consideration" for a month & a half. Someone else on this thread said that there is a hiring freeze so that may be why it's taking a while.

I think when you send a message to HR with the email that's provided on the website, it goes to her.

Wondering this, too because I haven't heard anything back from the one I applied too & my app has been "routed for further consideration" for over a month ?.

I was told that HR will let us know on Friday the 12th & it'll be a phone call!

I also interviewed for the NICU/ICN track & couldn't remember her name either!

Hopefully, yours changes this week! Honestly, I can't remember if they gave us the option to choose which unit to apply to tbh. I just made it as clear as I could where my interests are.

I emailed HR and was told it depends on the department's preferences and our schedule!
