    You have to wait for either ur blue card or letter to show up in the mail. Then u upload it and that should shift the requirement to

    I don’t know about the LVN program but u have to sign up with Identogo and then make ur appointment to go to their office and get fingerprinted. Then they will send either ur blue card or a letter...
