    That sounds like a terrible place too bad for the Residents. Sounds like you will be burnt out in no time. Not like that where I have worked. Though you will always need to assist with patient care....

    I am a LPN with 20 plus years experience most all of which has been working LTC /SNF. I have learned a lot in this type of Nursing. I enjoy the Residents everywhere I have worked. Nursing has changed...
