   Super late on the update but I passed my nclex in March of this year and was rehired two weeks later. It can definitely happen if you’re a good worker despite what others may think.

   thanks for the insight. The floor was in the process of changing nurse managers so I wasn't able to decrease my schedule right away and many of those days conflicted with my school/clinical schedule....
