Mine went very well, everyone’s super nice. Sounds like they were wrapping up interviews this week for Baylor All Saints (Fort Worth) for ICU.

I don’t even want to know LOL! All my friends who have gotten other internship offers elsewhere seemed to get a response within a week, so hopefully it’ll be quick!! I got that impression from Dennis as well. Seems like they don’t drag out interviews...

Yay!! Yes they are, I did my critical care rotations there and everyone was so amazing! Did they say when they're going to be making decisions? I know at the expo they said they have 2-3 spots per ICU ?

I got an in person interview scheduled during my phone interview the Monday following the expo that I attended. He didn’t ask me if I attended, but I suppose he could have looked it up ??‍♀️

There are not true interview questions during the phone interview. The recruiter will ask you your GPA, if you’re taking the NCLEX in Texas, your shift preference, unit and location preference (again), what certifications you have... I think that’s a...

If you go to the hospitals website you can find their mission and values and what they’re all about. Other than that I’m not sure ?

I also go to UTA! The Leadership assignment helped and there were a lot of links available for more prep. You can also just YouTube nursing interview questions and I think that prepares you pretty well with what the usual questions are like and good ...

I didn’t feel great about mine, I wasn’t feeling well when I did it and I was really nervous for no reason lol. And I got an interview in my top location and unit preference.

Oh wow... I’m not sure the recruiter did it all over the phone and I just got confirmation afterwards. I guess that would make sense for them to just do them all day tho ??

Not horrible, Seems pretty standard for new grads in this area ? Med city was way worse.
