    They called it a "behavioral based" interview. So they asked 4 questions (just written on the screen) and we had to respond by recording our answers through a webcam, and it was like a 2 minute limit....

    I actually did the prescreening phone call today as well! She asked a few interview questions and then asked which 3 units I would be interested in. She also sent me a link to complete a video...
