I'm from Yuma actually but been studying at Tucson for some years, debated applying to the Yuma nursing program but really didn't want to go back there. Just had my meeting with Joanne here and found out the women blew the guys out of the water this application cycle for the NAU Tucson campus. Sadly, I was the only guy that made it in for this cohort. Also the scrubs at Jeri's were not as nice as I was hoping. Anybody else gone in there to get their scrubs yet?

Hey nls1997, I assume you are not from Tucson. There are two student apartment complexes very close to the school if you want to look at those, The Ranch at Star Pass ( Apartments in Tucson For Rent | The Ranch at Star Pass) and Campus Crossings at Star Pass (Campus Crossings – Star Pass | Tucson, AZ). I've had some friends lived there and liked it but those are just anecdotal accounts. There are many more places but those are the ones I know about. Hope its of some help.

I also got into the Tucson NAU Nursing program. Pre-req GPA = 3.5 ; Kaplan =89% [math 100%, science 85%, reading 86%, writing 81%] This Kaplan saved my butt when applying. Who else got into the tucson campus?
