    Thank you! I took my test on September 8th, the BON sent my letter out on the 11th and my license was posted on the 19th!

    Yes it means you passed!! When they ask you to pay for the VN initial license thing it means you passed! Now you just have to wait for your license to be posted!

    It will say something like "apply for VN initial license" if you passed I believe. But if you have a retake exam option instead then you failed. /: I did the PVT but i entered the wrong security code...

    Have you tried checking the processing times on their website?? It tells you the date they're processing

    If it shows your RN license is active then it means you passed! Maybe just call the BON to make sure though lol.
