I'm now waiting to have my case transferred to the NVC after the initial approval almost a month ago. I got my license from the state of Colorado.

I never asked for it but I got a copy of the approval notice emailed to me in 3 weeks after the initial approval.

Nevada doesn't have the application system online but you can find the endorsement application form here. They also have instructions and criteria listed here. The NCSBN seems to recognize the NMI as an equal to all other boards.

I'm glad others can benefit from the information. I also hope it helps you guys stay motivated! I think the IELTS score is only required for the VisaScreen, so as long as you already have the VS certificate, you should be fine.

I'm a little confused: Did you get an RFE or a denial? They wouldn't refile if it's just an RFE, they would just submit the requested further evidence.

I don't really need pens because we use EMRs. Sometimes I'll write a to do list or vitals on a Post-It note or sign narcotics but other than that everything is electronic.

When did you receive the RFE? Have your lawyers already provided the USCIS with the evidence? I really hope you will get good news after the further evidence has been processed. Another RFE doesn't have to be a sign of denial.
