    Hi RN4KU. I'm currently working on my proficiency and am again feeling like it's a waste of time due to not being a "member of the good old crony club. Literally have a chief nurse who people say slept her way into the position. It's very difficulty to respect leadership at that point. And yet I still continue to keep on keeping on loving helping Veteran's. If you get this would be greatly appreciate it if you could PM me a copy of your proficiency if you still have it. Thanks in advance if you are able to assist. Good for you on the start up of your business.
