    I was not able to make the meeting either so I emailed the person on the flier the day of the meeting &she emailed me the application which i had to sign & either email it or mail it to her....

    I called earlier & they told me mid-march -beginning of april but they told them the same thing last year & people started receiving them march

    I looked on the thread for last year and they told them the same thing (march/April) but people started getting letters march 3rd. So hopefully the first week of march
