    The supplemental application is neither of those. You have to complete a supplemental application because you are a transfer. It can be found on their website. You didn't have to apply to the school...

    Your TEAS shouldn't take too much longer. I recall mine taking about a week. If it still doesn't show up on the status page after you've submitted the supplemental, give them a call. Good

    Probably admissions...but it should tell you on your Applicant status check. If it says Decision Made, then your letter should be coming in the mail soon (either accepted, denied, or waitlisted)....
