    Anyone here waiting for COS ? mine was applied last Oct. 5 . I'm not really sure if I can make it for Novemeber 23 deployment . Fingers

    I think we do not need the COE for VISA , tho you need to have a copy of your COE when u will be deployed since they will be checking
