   I think its FELS. Try CFNC.org/FELS You have to click around a bit but somewhere you can sign up for them to email you when the application opens

   They said in the Duke Days videos that we would only get up to $12,500 in FAFSA loans. The rest will have to come from the Duke need based scholarship, other scholarships, or personal loans. They also...
