That's what I'm thinking too. I also heard that they might lean on slightly overestimating the preliminary cut off. It's always easier to lower it and allow more in than it is to turn people away because the cut off was underestimated.

Only 2 more days guys! Hoping the point cut off lowers because 86 is ridiculously high and it would be nice to have that safety net. I think there's a good chance it'll lower by at least a couple points though.

Well I don't know any high schools that offer 6 semesters worth of foreign language. I'm just a little confused.

Can anyone on here explain what "three years of high school coursework" in regards to the foreign language optional points are? If a high school is on a semester system, 3 classes would qualify them for the points right?

No, I believe 2nd bachelors were allowed to apply long before this semester.

Everyone on this thread could go to a program outside of California, we just don't want to have to. Sac State is our number one choice.

I have 88 points, but my anxiety is now taking over and trying to tell me that somehow I didn't get 88 points?? 86 is a ridiculously high cut off.

Every other semester i've seen, the applicants have gotten an update within 4 weeks.

I know in the past, she's sent out emails as late as 5 pm. So I think that would be the last chance for us to get something. It seems like it's taking longer than usual though.
