Looks like their Admissions office is a bit unorganized considering we're all getting different answers...

They must be exaggerating that number lol because they got around 600 for Fall 2017 and they told me that they get about half that for the Spring cycle because less people apply. But who knows I guess..

Yeah I called this morning and was also told that so I'm not sure, I feel like Admissions wouldn't lie about that.

That's what happened last cycle, although they were 3 weeks past the deadline with my decision. It kind of varied as far as how people got notified, some people got letters and others got emailed. But they don't really update your NursingCAS applicat...

I think if you sent it before nursingcas changed the cycle (so before august 18th) you don't have access to it anymore. I'm in the same situation, it disappeared from my list of sent applications.

I wonder why the Spring deadline is so much earlier and in advance than the Fall? They cut it so close to the start of classes with the Fall program. Anyways good luck to you both!!

No, just NB. I wanted more of a campus feel than Newark. They are ridiculously slow with their turnaround for decisions though just so you know, I didn't get mine back until around July 20th when the deadline was June 1st

I'm applying for spring too, I was waitlisted for fall but I think they already took a majority of people for fall off the waitlist so I'm trying again for spring since less people generally apply for this semester.

I'm on the waitlist and haven't heard anything. I'm hoping they start sending out acceptances as soon as spots begin to open up, I'm guessing it depends on what the last deposit date was for accepted students.

The head rep told me they usually take a lot of people off the waitlist, and if you look at older threads they say the same thing.

I'm in your boat, but got accepted to NB but hoping for the same for Newark. I can't believe they're so unorganized, I can only imagine they must lose really good applicants with this system.

When I called they told me it could be anywhere from 3-5 weeks from the deadline and with the holiday coming up looks like it could even be longer í ½í¹„

I'm pretty sure they're just mailing decisions this year, at least mine was by mail. I called a few days ago and they said they're not done making decisions before my acceptance came in the mail.

I've got a feeling if we haven't heard that we're accepted by now, it's probably not a good sign and that the rejection/wait list letters might be coming soon :-/

I know in my situation a couple of my transcripts were delayed because of an error on my Registrar's part and CLEP scores got there a couple days after the deadline too, so that could definitely be the case for you as well if anything might have caus...
