   SN2751- yea they have to not unless they do have some sort of "ranking" system. I'm a 2nd degree seeking student so I think that's why I didn't get in and this is my 2nd time

   Just found out I was wait-listed. Pretty bummed. ---- then the letter continues on to state that there is no ranking order on the wait list??? so how do they decide who gets the spot if one happens...
