Professional Edge Nursing anyone know about them?

I've seen this company Professional Edge Nursing advertise for nurses to make home care visits doing assessments, etc. they advertise all over the US but, i can't seem to find any info on them no website, phone number, or address. i think its kinda odd if its a legitimate business not to at least have an address and phone number. Anyone heard of this place before or worked for them?

I recieved an email addressed from Kimble Group [email protected] for Professional Edge Nursing. When I clicked on the email it sent me to Zip Recruiter. After clicking on "apply" a message warning me it was linked to an external link... I don't trust this site. It looks like spam.
