Procedures for New Zealand CAP Sponsorship

I am a Batch June 2009 Nurse from Quezon Province. Having been a Nurse Volunteer for 2 years, I am currently in the process of applying for New Zealand Nursing Council Registration. Could Anyone please help in giving me the procedures for NZ's CAP sponsorship? Applying for CAP without a sponsor is very financially restrictive. Thanks!
