Does everyone in monitoring (specifically for diversion) get placed on probation. Is this something a nurse lawyer might be able to get me out of? Im in monitoring and would like to avoid probation with board of thsts even possible. Looking for others experience. Im not going to get a nurse lawyer if its inevitable either way. Im compliant and have been in monitoring since October 2018. About to self report charges that I got in May 2019 after investigation from September 2018 for diversion.
